Day 1 — Styles & Templates
1j- Styles: concept, Styles pane, style set
- Creating and modifying styles: font, paragraph, borders, language
- Style hierarchy: Heading 1, 2, 3, body text, subtitle
- Templates (.dotx): creation, saving, usage, modification
- Global templates and enterprise templates
- Quick Styles gallery, Quick Style sets
- Intensive lab 1: create a complete company report template with 10 custom styles

Day 1 — Long Documents & Table of Contents
- Automatic table of contents: insertion, update, customization
- Table of figures: captions, table titles, index
- Footnotes and endnotes: insertion, format, separator
- Citations and bibliography: sources, Source Manager, bibliography style
- Bookmarks and cross-references: creation, update, navigation
- Intensive lab 2: produce a 50-page document with TOC, TOF, index, notes and bibliography

Day 2 — Advanced Mail Merge
1j- Mail merge: form letters, labels, envelopes, directory
- Data source: Excel, Outlook, Access, SQL, text files
- Merge fields: AddressBlock, GreetingLine, merge formulas
- Rules: If...Then...Else, conditional skip, fill-in
- Catalogs and directories: list generation, badges, certificates
- Email merge: electronic mail merge, attachments
- Intensive lab 3: generate 100 personalized letters with envelopes + individual certificates

Day 2 — Forms & Fields
- Form fields: text, dropdown, checkbox, date picker
- Content controls: rich text, picture, dropdown list, date picker
- Form protection: protected sections, exceptions, password
- Control properties: locking, deletion, placeholder text
- Word field codes: REF, PAGE, DATE, TIME, FORMULA, IF, DOCVARIABLE
- Intensive lab 4: create a leave request form + evaluation form with protection

Day 3 — Intensive Practical Projects
0,5j- Project A: create an annual report template with TOC, TOF, index and company styles
- Project B: create a mail merge for 200 personalized invitations with tracking
- Project C: design a customer satisfaction form with protected fields and calculations
- Timed challenges: find and fix errors in sample documents

Day 3 — Assessment & Certification
0,5j- Real scenario: prepare a complete 30-page dossier for an executive committee
- Individual correction: personalized advice for each participant
- Validation test: produce 3 complex documents in limited time
- Intermediate level certificate with detailed skills grid
- Progression plan toward Advanced level
